1. Promoter Information
The promoter of this competition is TRFF Ltd. (T/A "Wildfarmed") located at [Wildfarmed Offices, 7 Ridgmount Street, WC1E 7AE].

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 and over.
• Employees of Wildfarmed, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
  
  

3. Entry Period

• The competition lasts the duration of Waitrose Winter Food and Drink Festival, beginning on 22nd November 2024 and ending on 24th November 2024.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
  
  

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit an entry via the Wildfarmed website.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  
  

5. Prize

• The prize consists of a one-year supply of Wildfarmed bread.
• The "one-year supply” is defined as one loaf of bread per week for 52 weeks and will be delivered to the winner in the form of vouchers with which they shall redeem their prize.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
  
  

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
• The draw will take place within 21 days after the end of the Entry Period.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 after the draw.
  
  

7. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within the specified period, Wildfarmed reserves the right to select an alternative winner or forfeit the prize.
  
  

8. General Conditions

• Wildfarmed reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms and conditions if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Wildfarmed reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.

• Any personal data provided by participants will be used only for the purposes of this competition and in accordance with Wildfarmed’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering, participants consent to the use of their data as outlined above.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

• Wildfarmed will not be responsible for any entries that are lost, incomplete, or delayed.
