Terms & Conditions
- The Promoter
The promoter is: TRFF Ltd trading as Wildfarmed (the “Promoter” or “Wildfarned”) with its business address at 7 Ridgmount Street, London, WC1E 7AE.
- The competition
The title of the competition is “Wildfarmed Festive Bakes Competition”.
- How to enter
- The competition will run from 04 December 2024 to 11.59pm 22 December 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Entry Period”).
- All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 11.59pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
- Enter the competition online by uploading a photo of a baked good made using Wildfarmed flour to Instagram or LinkedIn. The post must include a tag for Wildfarmed (@Wildfarmed) and the hashtag #WildfarmedFestiveBakes
- No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of Instagram or LinkedIn
- The Promoter will not accept:
- responsibility for competition entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
- proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
- By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- The winner will be selected by the Promoter at random in a draw from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
- The draw will take place no later than 5pm on 23 December 2024.
- Eligibility
- The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
- employees of the Promoter;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
- The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
- automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence; or
- completed by third parties or in bulk.
- There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- The prize
- The prize is 4 x general entry tickets for Daresbury festival at Walton Hall & Gardens, Warrington on 21 June 2025. The prize does not include the cost of travel to and from the concert venue, food and drink, spending money, overnight accommodation or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- The prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person accompanying them to the concert are available to travel and meet the requirements for entry into the concert venue in question.
- There is no cash alternative for the prize.
- The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
- Winners
- The selection of the winner by the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- The Promoter will contact the winner personally no later than 7 days after the prize draw (the “Notification Date”) using the social media account used for the competition entry.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the social media handle of the prize winner to anyone who emails the Promoter at email: marketing@wildfarmed.co.uk, within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
- If you object to your social media handle being made available, please contact the Promoter . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Claiming the prize
- If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 5 weeks from the Notification Date to claim the prize by sending an email to marketing@wildfarmed.co.uk. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
- The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner by email or DM on the social media platform. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 5 weeks of days of the Notification Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
- Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Data protection and publicity
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the PRIVACY POLICY. See also 6.3 and 6.4, with regard to the announcement of a winners.
- General
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
