Wildfarmed sourdough made using a traditional sourdough process, fermented over 32 hours with a 5-seed blend (Brown Linseeds, Golden Linseeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Poppy Seeds) for a nutty, toasty flavour. Hand shaped and scored, and stonebaked for a bold crust and a soft, chewy middle. Perfect for toast, eggs & avo, dipping & dunking.

Our bread-making process predates the Chorleywood process that’s heavily reliant on artificial additives and rapid fermentation.Our White and Seeded Sourdoughs are made from only flour, water and salt. They use a little rapeseed oil to stop the dough from sticking and are additive and palm-oil free.
